Two competing ladders: “Hard” and “Expert”
Preliminary Rounds: Round Robin with songs picked by executive team, top 8 of each ladder continues to the…
Single Elimination Rounds: Best 2-out-of-3 Matches. Seeding determined from Preliminaries. P1 gets choice of first song, P2 chooses second. On the event of a tie, the club executives choose the Tie-Breaker song by picking a “number out of a hat.”
Prizes: 1st and 2nd place in each bracket win prizes! Expert bracket wins more, so enter accordingly!

Today’s agenda was as follows:

- Organization of tournament dates, confirmation (?) of no. of tournaments.
- Discussion with team, “vote eXperience,” about the FEDS election and FEDS improvements and assistance with UW Gamers.
- Game On! Event (Thurs. Feb. 15/07, SLC Great Hall). Equipment, consoles, TV/projector bookings, etc.
- Confirmed consoles: GC, PS2 (with GH and EyeToy), Wii.
- First tournament –Guitar Hero Tournament: Mar. 8th, SLC Great Hall, 4:30 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Second tournament — Team Melee Tournament: Mar. 14th (tentative), SLC Great Hall, 5:00 PM to 10:00.
- Idea of mini-tournaments.
